JAKARTA – Korindo Foundation returned with “Korindo Berqurban” on Monday (5/25/2026) in South Jakarta’s Pancoran District. “Korindo Berqurban” is an annual program at the Foundation that supports local community celebrations of Eid al-Adha.
For 2026, eight goats are distributed to seven musallahs across the district for slaughtering and sharing with community members in need. This initiative aims to share joy and bring greater harmony during the blessed occasion.
It’s also Korindo Foundation’s social contribution for Eid al-Adha, affirmed Sunghoon Lee, the Foundation’s Secretary-General.
“In honor of Eid al-Adha, we, Korindo Foundation, are donating eight goats to seven musallahs in Pancoran under the Korindo Berqurban program. We hope these donations reach and benefit the needy so they feel the joy of this special day.”
The Pancoran District leader Iqbal Idham Ramid praised the valuable support.
“We really appreciate Korindo [Foundation]’s Eid al-Adha qurban donations. They’ll help our community, and we’ll also make sure they reach the beneficiaries. May we [Pancoran District and Korindo Foundation] continue working together and supporting each other.”
Qurban recipient and Al-Hidayah Mosque caretaker Erwin Safran echoed this sentiment.
“Thanks to God and Korindo Foundation for the goat donation. We’ll share the meat with 30 underprivileged members of our community.”

The Foundation hopes to cultivate a spirit of sharing and make more impact in Pancoran. (PR)
